The NFL world is watching the situation developing in the collegiate ranks as Michigan tries to win games without their head coach available on game days.
Jim Harbaugh was suspended three games for his involvement related to Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal that caused an uproar amongst the collegiate ranks.
There was reportedly evidence that could prove the Wolverines were using an intricate network to steal signs from opposing offenses and as a result Harbaugh and the program were punished for it.
Although Harbaugh is allowed to be around his team during practices, he will not be on the sidelines which could hurt the team.
Before their game against the Maryland Terrapins, wide receiver Roman Wilson was seen sporting a “Free Harbaugh” shirt and fans had some thoughts via FOX.

It sounds like fans have no sympathy for Wilson and the rest of the team considering what Michigan did and for good reason as cheating should never be tolerated in sports.
Harbaugh had to have known that the sign-stealing was going on and as the head coach he should have immediately shut it down.
However, despite the scandal Harbaugh still figures to be in contention for an NFL head coaching job should he want to return to the professional level.
He has ties to several organizations and would make for an intriguing hire given his experience and credentials.
For now, though, it will be interesting to see how his Wolverines handle his absence and if they can stay at the top of the weekly rankings.
